The CMA Lenten retreat was a great blessing and joy. Held at Our Lady Star of the Sea Greenwich, it was my first in-person meeting since my wife became unwell in 2022. We went there together in her special Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle.
We had Mass, Benediction and an excellent lunch. too! We discussed the calendar, the significance of different months and weekdays (Wednesday are dedicated to St Joseph, Saturdays to our Lady and Fridays to the salvation of souls. But there was much more to discuss and reflect upon. These structures and traditions can help us live better more reflective lives, and hopefully make us better clinicians and workers.
It was a lovely day and huge thanks to Alexander who organised it.
