Thoughts on the Family
Dr Steve Brennan
Dear Sir,
I was greatly encouraged by Rob Hardie's Thoughts on the Family in November's CMQ. It has always staggered me how little Governments do to assist our main National Treasure. Fully functioning Family Homes can "soak up" so much trouble; they can be shelters for others, hotels, schools, hospitals, businesses, restaurants of course, venues for holidays and charity events, even churches, and they can ensure the stability of the next generation. Governments should recognise that Family Homes are even more important than the NHS and Defence.
Yours truly,
Dr Steve Brennan.
